Excellent service by Innocent. AI is next to hopeless.

Excellent service by Innocent. Efficient and to the point. Your 'Sarah' AI is too slow to respond to answers to the extent that I was wondering if I had been cut off. It also doesn't seem to understand answers and kept telling me that my post code wasn't valid even after repeated differently and I know it is valid. Reviewed on: 13th August 2026
