Customer service disappointing.

Didn't make a claim so can't comment on efficiency for that. Annual policy seemed good value. However, I sought to upgrade my annual policy to cover a US trip or get new single trip insurance to cover it. The foreign accent was difficult to understand then they not only refused to cover an undiagnosed trapped nerve symptom but cancelled my existing annual policy with one day to go to travel. I would understand if they refused to cover any claims arising from that particular issue but to cancel suddenly at the tail end of the policy caused much anxiety.. Saga saved the day providing cover with no fuss. Reviewed on: 14th August 2026
