Absolutely appalling company.

Absolutely appalling company. I have been trying to access my tax free lump sum for nearly 3 months. Incorrect information sent out several times. Promises made that the correct paperwork will be with me within a week - nothing ever arrives. They never send any acknowledgement that you have registered a complaint, despite an Aviva person saying on a phone call that I should have received something. After leaving a bad review on Trustpilot, Aviva contacted me very quickly to say they would try to contact the relevant team to resolve this matter. Despite twice saying they had found the correct team and that they should be contacting me imminently I have heard nothing. If you hold a pension with Aviva I would suggest you strongly consider moving it to a competent company., you will save yourself a massive amount of stress when trying to access what is rightfully yours.
