Wlliam was very patient as he had to repeat himself...

Wlliam was very patient as he had to repeat himself sevaral times as I am hard of hearing during the phone call we lost contact because of a system glitch but he asked a colleague to call us to say what was happening and that he would call back which he did he explaned everything fully about the policy and made sure I understood what he was saying.
