Review of the Saga, Home insurance:

DO NOT GO TO SAGA INSURANCE - THEY ARE A RIP OFF !!!

I have been with Saga Home Insurance for 10 years and at my Home Insurance Renewal they wanted a 100% increase in the annual premium. I spoke with a call centre lady and all she kept saying that it was "the underwriters!!!" I have now cancelled my policy as Saga just do not care about their customers, all they seem to care about is getting as much money from you as possible. A dreadful company and I certainly woyldn't deal with them ever again. Ironically I had the same experience with my car insurance as that doubled and I went elsewhere.
