Awful Customer Service & Communication

The policy of auto renewal & payment with limited notice time is not enhancing customer experience. Despite giving feedback previously - no-one from the company had called me to discuss this further. Poor customer service and I will look to change insurers upon next renewal. Reviewed on: 17th August 2026
