Customer Service Let's it Down

This Bank has a good idea, however it is badly executed. I've never been able to use Google Pay, and never been given a straight answer why, also can't use pay at pump, they can't be contacted via phone and they don't even provide cheque books. This bank has a long way to go and I recommend you don't get sucked into the "Hype" of challanger banks as they still have a long way to go. Reviewed on: 15th November 2019
