Appalling, despite being fully comp they wouln'd sor...

Appalling, despite being fully comp they wouln'd sort car recovery as wife was unable to describe incident as in ambulance unconscious - she was hit no fault - other party 100% responsible. No hire car as per policy without commiting hire purchase agreement. Pushed from pillar to post and various claim handling firms - you are not dealing with Saga. They didn't listen and pushed medical claim which was not wanted at the time. Car not collected for 3 weeks - written off - low ball offers until I said I was going to financial ombudsman. A month later my wife wanted to persue a medical claim as still not fully recovered from incident - useless - never call back, rude, only supported when I got involved and poined out legal requirements. never use Saga they are front men for other insurers not the friendly company you think that makes things easy for old people. And all this as a no fault claim imaginge if you were at fault!!!! Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
