I had to cancel my driving licence due to loss of peripheral vision. When I tried to renew my car insurance, I was told by several members of staff that I could not renew my insurance, as it had gone past the renewal date! After being passed to different members of staff for over 2 hours!! I finally got a member of staff that knew what she was doing! Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
