Review of the Newbury Building Society, Mortgages:

Great service, excellent knowledge and family friendly staff

We were looking for a new mortgage and gave all of the ‘big’ lenders the opportunity to have our business. The only lender with a “can-do” approach and that wanted to talk face to face, understand our needs and how we wanted our mortgage to work was Newbury Building Society (Winchester). At every step they had all of the information we needed, explained everything to us and treated us as the most important clients they had ever had or would ever have. The mortgage staff were meticulous in every detail ensuring we were fully aware and involved in all of the decisions and what the decisions meant for us. The family-friendly nature of all of the staff in Winchester nailed it for us. We believed in them and the product because we felt like they listened and understood everything we needed our mortgage to do. Newbury Building Society put our faith back in the banking world and made us feel important at every step. We would recommend Newbury Building Society and there excellent staff without hesitation.
