A refund when I bought a brand new car!!!

I was chuffed when I changed my car, like for like, but a brand new one and I actually got a refund in my premium!!I like the 3 year fixed deal as well. staff are always helpful when you phone. Certainly the last time I phoned it was a UK call centre, which is a big plus. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
