House hit by lightning

When our house got hit by lightning in 2019 and we were out of the house for 11 months whilst they put it back together, Saga was great. They used to ring me to ask how we were coping in rented accommodation and how we were coping mentally. The Loss Adjuster etc were so good. It was a horrible, terrifying experience (also Covid happened during this time!) but Saga guided us through. That is why we have stayed with them. We were in our 70s, (80s now) and they really took care of us. Thank you. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
