I sent this email to saga last week My Home Insurance Policy is 1014429072 On a country walk recently, I fell and lost both my spectacles and (one) hearing aid. On my return from A&E I contacted your claims team and received exceptional service. Your responders were helpful, kind and efficient, The claim was approved quickly and, after some delay from one of my quoter / suppliers, was settled. I hope you are able to find the actual people who processed my claim and can pass on my thanks. The only name I have is Klara Vasocakova – please start with her.
