Vulnerable person left without hot water

Had a fault on sister in laws c/heating. Engineer contacted by saga. Engineer confirm no central heat or hot water. Left without repair. Contact my own engineer who repaired same and charge myself for 1 hour which paid for by myself. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
