After a no fault car accident which I reported to S...

After a no fault car accident which I reported to Saga immediately I received no help or information from them as to my next steps. Sometime later I was contacted by a firm of solicitors who wanted all information on line. I did not know who they were or if they were authorised by Saga. It was all a bit confusing..
