Appalling standard of knowledge and manner from indi...

Appalling standard of knowledge and manner from individual member of staff during telephone quote- utterly embarrassing. Despite 13 plus years no claims bonus , quote was over 3 times higher than other companies. What a SAGA!……never again. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
