Great visibility, features and app. Love Monzo!

Been with Monzo since 2016, haven’t ever considered switching. The app platform and features of the account are brilliant. The budgeting and visibility is also so valuable. Direct debits are so well managed with estimated spend calculated for the following month Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

Fresh, upfront and easy!

I’ve had two personal loans from Updraft now and they’re incredibly quick and easy to use. The app is very well built and the customer service is great. They’re also more accepting than other personal loan providers which is a good thing considering the purpose of the loans. Would highly recommend Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Reliable, Intuitive and Innovative

Have been using Monzo as my main account now for 3x years, have tried a lot of other banks and nothing comes quite close to the user experience provided. The app is a delight, the features of money management are a blessing and the customer service and self serve options are top notch. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
