Undoubtedly top of the pile

I cannot rate fair for you enough in all honesty.. I’ve had amazing service dealt with amazing staff any time I’ve contacted.. it gives fair finance a new meaning… everything is always easy to understand, easy to do and navigating the website is so simple and all products and services have detailed descriptions are pictured and the amount of choice is always very good.. I can honestly say I would recommend fair for you to my friends and family m in fact I have a couple of times… I don’t think I have even one bad thing to say about the company as a whole… very happy customer!! Definitely room for improvement

Up until 2 years ago I absolutely recommended Barclays to everyone… but no longer.. service has gone out of the window, majority of branches have shut, there’s no perks and I’ve somehow been the victim of fraud more times than I can count and I even got locked out of my bank account for a month after bringing it to theyre attention.. my mental and physical health have not been added to my account information regardless of it being requested more than once and I find that customer service including instant message are rude and not helpful… Reviewed on: 4th July 2022

The best.. by far!

Wilts and Swindon credit union has been lending to me for the last 12 or so months… I get the family loan top up/2 and am currently on my 4th loan essentially.. to date they have been extremely helpful, just as understanding and whether it’s correspondence, loan processing, saving or depositing funds into my account they are equally as quick at doing them all.. since starting to us this service it has literally helped me out of a bind or two, helped me decorate and most recently pay for my wedding dress… they are the best by far and I am extremely thankful!! With above and beyond communication and support they really do deserve an award.. and my thanks, if it weren’t for the family loan option I wouldn’t have been able to borrow due to my limited credit.. the site is so easy and staff are always helpful and friendly.. Reviewed on: 21st June 2021
