Shocking service from your South African Call Center.

Shocking service from your South African Call Center. Both for car and house insurance. Difficulty understanding strong accent followed by telephone line breaking up continuously. I used to support SAGA because they had UK based Call Centers who were easy to contact and very understanding; they also gave great service. The South African staff were polite and helpful, however, their accents and continual breaking up of the line were most off-putting. On renewal next year I will definitely be looking for another Broker for my Insurance needs. SAGA have in the past been very helpful and very competitive with their business dealings. Alas things move forward not always for the better. Reviewed on: 28th August 2026
