When my previous holiday insurance company cancelled...

When my previous holiday insurance company cancelled on me immediately when I told the my cancer diagnosis it was days before our holiday. Your member of staff who took my call was so paticent and understanding my concerns I would give him a special mention if I could remember his name he was amazing.
