Good customer service

Customer service was good when I spoke to them. They answered their phone quicker than expected and they helped me with my query over yearly travel insurance. I haven't made any claims so far so I don't know how quick it how they will handle any claims. Therefore, I give them a 4 stars eating since no claims has been made so far.
