Excellent value and really good customer service.

Excellent value and really good customer service. When I had to inform the company of new medical conditions shortly before my holiday the representative I spoke to on the phone was very reassuring and sorted it all in a few minutes. Have never had to claim but on return from each holiday they have sent an email explaining exactly what to do if I needed to claim. Reviewed on: 31st August 2026
