Expensive, hidden charges, unhelpful and practices to increase chances of late payment fees

Having used a handful of times, I had my card stolen and had had a new one delivered but had forgotten to update my details, I was reminded to pay the day before due, however I was not contacted to be told my payment had failed, instead they waited another day to text, which I paid immediately and despite following the complaints process I was unable to secure the £25 charge I received. A welcome relief compared to the other cowboy money making short term finance solutions, the option to repay early with no hidden costs and the ability to save interest with early repayments makes it my clear front runner with lower interest rates than their competitors Reviewed on: 28th April 2017
