Payment problem for Insurance renewal

One problem was with the payment for COLL2445953XB this year. You assumed the card was the same, but it had been replaced. The, when I tried to register the new card, you asked for a payment of £0.00! I tried again and this time got a verification with a phone call, and made the payment successfully.
