Great customer service from Katie McKnight at SBS!

Needed to call re. new SBS online portal for a little guidance. Wasn't kept waiting, the automated to answer to direct to right person simple and straightforward. Again, very fast answering (who doesn't hate awful, distorted 'music' with the occasional 'your call is important to us' message!). Person I spoke to (Katie McKnight) was a pleasure to speak to.
