Excellent customer service

I had to phone yesterday as I was having trouble setting up a new online account. The womanI spoke to, Deirdre Miller was absolutely lovely. She took the time to understand the problem, quickly got to the bottom of it and managed to resolve it for me very quickly. She was so friendly and reassuring throughout the call, which really helped me feel comfortable. It was actually my first time phoning the bank by myself without my parents, and I had been quite daunted by the thought of doing it. However, after such a positive experience, I would feel completely comfortable phoning the bank myself again.
