I would like to thank you for the excellent support I recently received from Rachel Speedie at the Glasgow Branch. I phoned the branch regarding access to cash from one of my savings plans and the closure of that particular account, and I was impressed by how quickly and politely the call was answered. Rachel promptly provided the necessary forms by email and took the time to talk me through how I needed to complete them, which made the process much less stressful. She also acknowledged receipt of the returned forms and processed everything the same day, which really stood out for its efficiency and professionalism. I particularly appreciated the patience shown throughout and the way the entire experience was handled so smoothly. The level of support was top drawer and reflects excellent service that is a credit to the mutual society, and I would be grateful if my thanks could be passed on to Rachel and the wider team at the Glasgow Branch.
