simply excellent service.

I dropped my very expensive, but old drum module. It was deemed unrepairable, and I was offered a very reasonable settlement based on replacement costs. All happened very quickly, the guys in the office were both efficient and polite, but thorough which I appreciated as it gave me confidence that they only pay out for genuine claims which I understand helps keep premiums down. However they were never rude, obstructive not anything other than professional and polite. I received a service that was equal to the claims made in the advertising I read before signing up.
