Generally good but could be better.

Generally the process of getting a quote is good, however the last couple of years I am always faced with a "we can't provide insurance" and to request a call back (that part is great) but it is really frustrating after I have spent over an hour filling in all the details. Nothing has changed so I don't understand why it used to be straightforward and now it's not. The cost is really good when you consider what other insurers are charging, that's if they will insure you at all. I would love the ability to save my information so that I could come back to it in a couple of hours. Reviewed on: 11th September 2026
