Review of the Goodtogoinsurance.com, Travel insurance:

Good travel insurance and dispute resolution.

I was pleased to find insurance considering my age and medical history and to be offered annual insurance after being restricted to a single trip on my first using Goodtogo. There was an error in my getting the annual insurance. In June 2026 I requested annual insurance from October 2026 to October 2027 but, in brief, it was issued as from October 2025 (9 months before the date of applying for the insurance) to October 2026 and I only came to realise the mistake when offered a renewal from October 2026 to October 2027. A phone call produced no response but an email was promptly replied to by a phone call from an agent (Nandi) for the company. The incorrect insurance was cancelled, the premium to be returned and a new policy with the correct dates to be issued on condition of my supplying one piece of medical information. The phone number to reply on I was given verbally and on the accompanying email did not work and the phone number from which the Good to Go agent rang was to a related company and after ringing for 30 minutes I gave up. I have sent another email and await a reply. These things happen and I was a pleased that so far my experience of GoodtoGo dealing with my request for insurance with the correct dates is being dealt with very easily and pleasantly. I am puzzled as to why the phone number to use was a non-functioning one. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2026
