Absolutely terrible service.

Absolutely terrible service. Team in South Africa try but aren't empowered or trained. Took over an hour to add a person to my policy, and took three different agents to do this. And don't try to contact their customer support here in the UK -- they are even worse (in particular Sue Buckle, the manager, and Sara Wilmore, another more junior manager).
