My experience with One Call Insurance has been absolutely awful. The way my case has been handled has caused me unnecessary stress, customer service have been extremely disappointing, and I have felt that my concerns were not taken seriously or dealt with appropriately. Based on my personal experience, I have completely lost confidence in this company. I would not recommend One Call Insurance and would strongly advise anyone considering them to think carefully before taking out a policy. Reviewed on: 24th September 2026
