Incredible bank!

I used to bank with RBS until they decided to close my accounts and cause me a worldwind of problems. After deciding to NEVER bank with RBS or any other high street bank again, I decided to try Starling. At first, I was skeptical, but since switching to them over a year ago, I have to say that I will never look back. Things are just done SOOOOOOOOO much easier with Starling. Want to approve a transaction? 1 -click and you're done. Want to get customer support? Hit up live chat and an agent is available immediately. This is how modern day banking should be done and everyone else should take a look at Starling for inspiration on how to deliver a great product and service. Reviewed on: 18th November 2019
