Customer Focused

A good range of savings products with some paying leading rates albeit with limited max balance. Service online and by phone is first class - prompt responses clearly made online. Over the phone an informed and friendly collague handles the query clearly and promptly. I particularly like the call to branch defaulting to Head Office if all lines are engaged in branch Reviewed on: 19th November 2019
