Best decision I ever made

I moved to Monzo from my old bank about a year ago. The process was faultless and any issues I’ve ever had have been dealt with quickly and with full transparency. The app is up there with the best of them - the UI is clear and easy to use, the features are exactly what I look for in a bank, and things are being added and updated all the time. I honestly cannot wait to see what they have in store for the future. Reviewed on: 20th November 2019
