Great bank

Never had any problems with Monzo. On the odd occasion where we have needed to contact them, they have responded within an acceptable timescale, and resolved any issues very quickly Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

They make everything easy

Every aspect of dealing with Monzo is easy. From opening the account to managing your finances. Got a problem with a transaction? - use the online chat. Easy. Transfer money? Easy (and quick!). I was getting a refund from a utility company... They told me it would be in my account "within 3-5 days"... It arrived in my account whilst I was still talking to them!
