Stress free banking

I was tentative to switch bank - I’d never done it before - but Monzo made it so easy and clear. Then they showed my all my payments, as they go out, and for direct debits, before. Bill pots made it easy to manage my money, and customer service made it easy to answer my questions. Is it possible to love your bank? A few months ago I’d say no, but now I say absolutely.
