Smooth application process but some hiccups

Completing the application form itself was straightforward. However, you can't deposit funds online until a letter arrives in the post several days later with a verification code. Also, I received an email saying my nominated account couldn't be verified and asking me to send a copy of a statement - I don't have paper statements.
