Review of the Halifax, Help to Buy ISA:

I wanted to help my son open a help to buy ISA before the deadline. I spoke to a Halifax advisor online who told me he could open an account online as he was already a Junior ISA holder. To cut a long story short, we weren't allowed to open an account online and when we went into the branch they couldn't help us to open the ISA.
