A very pleasing experience

I visited Hungerford branch to move some money from an existing account to 2 new accounts. Chloe was excellent, she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was made easy and I would definitely recommend the newbury and in particular the Hungerford branch for excellent customer service and great savings rates. Reviewed on: 26th April 2024

Great product range

I visited the Newbury Building Society following recommendation from a friend. I obtained a savings account leaflet and went to my local branch to discuss my requirements. I was seen straight away by a very knowledgeable and friendly lady and was able to take out the savings account I chose with ease. They have a large product range to suit different financial circumstances and the account I took out has a very good interest rate. Transactions via the internet and in branch are very easy to do and I have been dealt with by professional and friendly staff. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
