They listen...

I've used them a few times when I get paid on a Monday after a weekend. Their customer services advisors are quick to speak about any concerns and promptly fixed an error from my bank after it mistakingly refused their payment. They understood and didn't condemn me for it. I also work as an adjudicator for the FOS and have dealt with short term lending complaints yet Sunny is probably the best one out of the lot.
