Dreadful and Avoiding

A shambles to deal with if payday date falls on 31st. Told CPA cancelled with no assistance and failure to then debit my card at the time specified. 4 weeks into complaint without a response whilst many old complainers get their credit file amended and compensation back as if it's no issue. Awful at advising in first instance how the credit file is effected but can use this as leverage to threaten someone easily enough. No fee's isn't really true. Denied operating out of address they claim as one of their's. Not sure why they rely on verbal conversations; not in financial matters. 6 month loan soon turned into 6 weeks fortunately. Couldn't deal with any longer so decided I'd take the risk and clear. Can you see why it's untrustable. Reviewed on: 30th April 2017
