Excellent customer service

I messed up a little on my application, but the team at bymiles sorted it out very quickly. In the end I was required to cancel my insurance and re-apply, but this was made very simple and what could have been a tricky issue was understood and resolved very quickly. Very Impressed! Fuss-free, easy repayments

Simple & Affordable

The application process was easy to go through and the app is very intuitive. I have made several over-payments on my loan and am on the way to paying it back well within the term. Great flexibility, would definitely borrow from Zopa again should I need to. Reviewed on: 27th November 2019
