got the original mortgage with them in the bank and remortgaged with them when was up for renewal. friendly helpfuk staff

took the original mortgage out with them in the bank. have banked with them for a few years so was easier but the rates were very good at the time, felt secure too. any time i have needed to speak to them in bank or by phone they have been helpful and relativly clear Reviewed on: 7th November 2015
