Review of the Virgin Money, Travel Insurance:

Rip off

I have had insurace for years and never claimed , i dropped my watch and was £360 of damage but for some reason virgin say they do not replace old for new .... it's a tag Helier.... which i am not asking for , just the repair , but they insulted me by giving me £35 , what a joke will never use them again , been told for two weeks I know someone would ring me , but they're obviously too busy ripping other people off . , very unhappy ex customer .
