Excellent customer service.

A good customer experience. The one time spoke directly to staff, was very helpful, friendly and respectful. Good timely reminders if account needs attention. Just simply never had a problem. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Very good service. Transactions easy and hassle free. On the one occasion I needed to phone Zopa, staff were thorough with security checks but at the same time friendly and courteous, dealing fairly with my enquiries. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019
