Good first year prices, let down at renewal time

As with most insurance companies, their first year price was really competitive. Unfortunately at renewal time they attempted to more than double my premium and hoped that I wouldn't question it. I did not make any claims during this time or changes to my vehicle or address. Reviewed on: 11th November 2015

Good level of cover at a good price

As home insurance was the best level of cover available when quoted against similar companies and had the added benefit of vehicle breakdown cover at no extra charge. Well worth using. Reviewed on: 8th November 2015

Review of the LV (Liverpool Victoria), Car Insurance:

Good prices and good customer service.

LV car insurance was very well priced compared to other companies quoting for the sames vehicle. When I had to make a no fault claim they dealt with everything quickly and efficiently, arranging for repairs to be carried out, excess to be recovered from the third party and ensuring I always had a vehicle when I was without mine.
