Online & mobile business banking system that just gets worse and worse.

After months of problems with the online banking system and wasting so much time dealing with issues, being passed around from person to person, they've just made their system incompatible with Xero Accounting software - you can no longer get automatic bank feeds. Not only that their mobile app is not compatible with our mobile phones (Google Pixel 3a). Why? It's standard android!
