Absolutely no customer care

I am remortgaging and it has taken months, I got a completion date of 18 February I was then told that conditions hadn’t been met. Every time I rang there was no answer. I rang the manager Caroline ball and she said she would deal with the problem so I dropped my complaint. It is now 31 of march which I was told by the solicitors is supposed to be completion day. I have just been told by my agent melton won’t be able to complete today it is now going to be 05/05/22. I don’t trust them I have again rang Caroline Ball and again she is away from her desk. I am at my wits end with it all. I started out remortgaging in aug 21 and it is still not over it is just ridiculous. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022
