Not very Friendly. Read the Fine Print!

Picked up a leaflet when our baby was born promising a £30 shopping voucher for starting an account. The actual amount depends on how much you pay in each month. So I only got a £10 voucher as I pay in £20 per month. On calling customer services about this I was then told that I couldn't leave the plan without losing all of the money I had invested. Poor communication and not recommended. Avoid SF as this companies promotional literature is misleading. They are not very nice for a company called 'Friendly.' Reviewed on: 12th December 2019
